Thanks for the great website!

Our club is listing two events; one AX and one W2W.

How does one print out the entry forms from the people that have registered through MAE?

Do I just create my own mail-merge from the Excel spreadsheet? Or is there a ready-to-go-solution I can use?

Thanks!

BINGO! Very Happy

A principal goal of MyAutoEvents is to be flexible enough to support just about any registration process while imposing as few new requirements as possible.

If your organization requires a printed entry form for each entrant, then utilizing the Excel download to generate a mail-merge document of all online entries received is an excellent way to utilize the tools available to support this unique requirement.

Cool

No problem. Something I received somewhere made me think this feature was available.

However, this should be too difficult to do.

If you simply want to print out the entry data and aren't really picky about format you can use the "View/Edit Entry" link under each entrant's name (visible only to the registrar for the event) and print out the individual entry pages that way.
