got a couple people who tried to pre-pay online and got:

"The entry you've requested does not exist or has been deleted."

I just tried myself and got the same error code.

Is it something I did wrong for our Applachian Sports Car Club events?

Are we talking about this event?

It appears that although you've specified online entry be received, the entry form associated with this event contains no fields. That is what is causing the problem. If you go through the event edit steps you will be prompted to define an entry form for the event... that should fix the error.

In the future, if you encounter critical errors such as this it would be better to use the Contact Us link on the main site to report the problem. That sends an email directly to me and will alert me much faster than a forum post.

Cool

Looks like that worked.

Now here's another question. We have other events this year in which I put registration will open 1 month before our actual event. When I went through to edit them to make sure, our other events do not show the registration forms yet. Is that because the event is not "officially" open yet is that why it's not showing up?

Does that mean when the day registration opens up I need to go in and edit the event and make sure to get the registration form to show up?

Most likely when the events were initially setup you specified a "Blank" entry form. So, yes... the entry form is blank until you define it.

If the event does not have an entry form defined, you will need to set one up prior to registration being accepted for that event.

Without an entry form, you can't accept entries. Wink
