I keep getting this error after I submit my payment for (Norcal v Socal - DRIFT.King of the WEST Practice Entry Fees ( $150.00 plus online processing fee of $6.19)--->
Unexpected Error
Error Source: frmUserDetail.DoUpdate
Error Code: -1
Error Message: ORA-00001: unique constraint (MAE.EMAIL_ADDRESS_IDX) violated
PLEASE HELP!!! MUST HAVE DRIFTY TIME!!!!! |

The only reason that error would be generated at the time of submitting an entry is if you have the "save registration details to my profile" checked and your are specifying an email address that is already used by another account profile on MyAutoEvents.com.
Email address must be unique and cannot be shared across accounts.
Uncheck the "save to profile" checkbox at the bottom of the registration page and your entry will be processed without error.
