I am getting the following error when trying to publish an event. The events are Susquehanna Region on July 5. It looks like the events are being created because they are showing in My Event Listings.
Unexpected Error
Error Source: frmEventDetail.Submit
Error Code: -4092
Error Message: ORA-04092: cannot COMMIT in a trigger ORA-06512: at "MAE.EMAILMANAGER", line 97 ORA-04092: cannot COMMIT in a trigger ORA-06512: at "MAE.EVENT_APPROVAL_TRIGGER", line 30 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'MAE.EVENT_APPROVAL_TRIGGER' |

There was an update to the email sending process which was triggering this error. The code has been fixed so you shouldn't see this error any more going forward.
