Event Registration Closing Time

I went to register for an event that has a registration closing date of today, and all I saw was this: Online Registration has Closed

The closing date for the event I want to register for is listed as July 22. Today is July 22, but I can't register. Did registration really close yesterday? Or did it close at some arbitrary time during the day today? I've searched on MyAutoEvents.com and I can't find that info anywhere.

"Entries must be received prior to the registration deadline."

That means if the registration deadline is listed as July 22nd, registration closes at midnight July 21st.
